By having Members join your Yaptap Community via email, this will allow you to save time on any data entry. When Members join your Yaptap Community by email, this will automatically set that Member's communication preference to email, meaning that they will receive messages by email. Have your Members perform the following steps.

1. Have the Members open a new email in their email account.

2. In the TO field type: join@yaptap.com

3. In the SUBJECT field type: Join *YourCommunityCode FirstName LastName

Example: Join *yaptap Jon Doe

4. Click SEND.

5. Reply back YES to the confirmation email.

If you are not sure what your Community Code is, login to Yaptap online and look at the code below the Logout button in the top right corner. Also make sure to not type anything in the body of the email, when sending the join email.
