If a Community or Group Leader needs to send out a quick Yaptap Message to the Members in a Group, and they are already in their email account, it might be just faster to send a Yaptap message while the email account is pulled up. The Community or Group Leader will need to know the Group #code. This will appear below the Group name in the Groups column.

1. Open a new email in your email account.

2. In the TO field type: groupcode@group.yaptap.com

Example: youth@group.yaptap.com

3. In the SUBJECT field type the desired message.

4. Click SEND.

This will send a message to all the Members in that Group just the same as if the Community or Group Leader sent that message inside of Yaptap
