Yaptap Online White Screen

It has been reported by some users that when signing into their account and launching the Yaptap web Message Center that instead of the Message Center loading they are reporting a white screen. We have confirmed through other customers and testing that this is caused by not having the latest version of the Silverlight browser plugin.

To remedy this follow the link below.

This link will tell you what version of Silverlight you are running and whether an upgrade is available. To update your version of Silverlight to the newest version simply follow the instructions on the page.

Some browsers must be restarted before activating new plug-ins.

To restart your browser QUIT completely out of your web browser application and relaunch to complete the installation.
