Members Not Receiving Text Message

Members with the cell phone icon next to their name will receive messages via sms. Members with an envelope next to their name will receive messages via email. Members with a circle icon with a line through it don't have any communication preference setup and will not receive messages.

Here is how Members can change their communication setup: 
     a. Go to www.yaptap.com and click on "Complete Your Profile" below the iPad icon at the top left. 
     b. Enter in their mobile number and click continue. Then they will get a confirmation text and they have to enter it in the window. 
     c. After they enter the confirmation code in, they will have a window where they can set how they would like to receive messages.

When a Member joins by texting in, they will get a confirmation text message. They have to reply back YES to the confirmation text message to start receiving communication. They do not have to go online to get setup, only if they want to change their communication preferences or if they did not reply back YES to the confirmation text message.
