Leaders who have a Fellowship One account can import the Members and Groups from Fellowship One into Yaptap. When importing Members, the Members will receive a confirmation code that they have to reply back YES to. It might be a good idea to send out an email and/or Facebook message to everyone letting them know you are adding them to your text message service and you need them to reply back YES to a confirmation text message when they get it. Also, when importing Groups from Fellowship One to Yaptap, just the group names will import over to Yaptap. The Group name will not import with the Members in that group. 

Setting Up Fellowship One

1. Login to Fellowship One.

2. Click Admin at the top of the page.

3. Click Integration in the drop down menu.

4. Click Applications.

5. Go to the Third Party area on the page.

6. Click Yaptap.

7. Click Grant Access. This will display Yaptap Enabled.

Setting Up Yaptap

1. Login to Yaptap.com

2. Click Settings in top right corner.

3. On the profile page, click Connect to Fellowship One.

4. Enter in the Fellowship One credentials on the Fellowship One authentication page.

5. Once connected it will redirect back to Yaptap Settings. Then click Import Users.

6. This allows to Import Members and Import Groups and select desired Members and Groups.
